Task Todo List polkit rules.d directory mode

polkit 124-1 changes the mode of the packaged rules directory /usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/ to be a regular directory (0755 root:root) to comply with upstream's expectations.
The admin-controlled /etc/polkit-1/rules.d/ directory remains at 0750 root:polkitd, but there shouldn't be any packaged files there anyway.
The custom install commands that overrode the mode need to be removed. Packages go to the testing repositories.
