If you consider threatening legal action to be "very nicely worded", I'd love 
to see what you're like in a bad mood.  To make life a little easier, I'll 
quote the part I'm thinking of in particular:

"The package must be renamed so that it can not be confused with Ion3(tm), or 
the Ion project. If this is not done, there may be legal repercurssions."
