AUR doesn't know anything about Dev/TUs. :-(
It lists codemac, brain0, tomk as TUs i.e. iphitus is listed as dev.
So the number of TUs shown on AUR's main page is wrong!
Also, in addition to no-longer-TUs AUR lists some devs that quit long time ago.
I call AUR maintainers to fix these horrible mistakes. ;-)

And a few forum issues:
* brain0 is listed in TU group on forums, while all other Dev/TUs are
listed in Devs group
* ganja_guru is not listed at all

So here is the list of TUs based on info from AUR, forums and ML:

active TUs:
  bjorn
  dejari
  dsa
  dtw
  encelo
  filoktetes
  mOLOk
  Neverth
  Pierre
  sergej
  shastry
  swiergot
  vegai
  voidnull
  wizzomafizzo
  xterminus - inactive

no longer TUs:
  bfinch
  dma147 - please confirm someone, as I'm not 100% sure

Dev/TUs:
  brain0 - plans to resign
  Cerebral - resigned
  codemac - currently inactive for unknown period of time because of
issues we all know :-(
  ganja_guru - not listed anywhere as Dev _and_ TU but votes :-)
  iphitus
  pjmattal
  Romashka
  phrakture
  tomk - resigned

All Dev/TUs except brain0 and phrakture did take part in recent votings.

Total:
19 active TUs + 4 currently inactive TUs
23 TUs in total - all listed above except bfinch, dma147, twm, Cerebral, tomk.

So we should calculate votes based on the fact that we have 23 TUs currently.
To avoid any confusion here is the name-by-name list:
