This discussion is getting far afield. Tuomo's claim was not a copyright
claim it was a trademark claim.

Some clarification is in order. Certainly nobody looking at a PKGBUILD
file would mistake it for the Ion3 source code or binaries.

Can you please explain what thing we have created and disseminated that
you believe will be confused with your Ion3 software product?
