Can we stay on topic.  This isn't a soapbox for your opinions.  This
is a mailing list for archlinux based discussion.

The topic at hand is supposed trademark infringement.

My recommended fix is removing ion3 from the repositories.  This
solves all problems, does it not?  Just to point out some prior art
for this sort of solution - take a peek at both cdrkit and iceweasel -
both of which were forked due to similarly difficult authors / owners
of the software.
