[tur-users] Sponsor: pizzapunk

[Alessio 'mOLOk' Bolognino]

I'd like to sponsor pizzapunk as a new TU.
Alexander is a good packager and maintains interesting packages.
He maintains a fair number of packages and he already contributed with 8
packages moved in community: (libinklevel, python-fuse, lxsession
lxpanel, pcmanfm, poedit, lxmusic, deluge).

I was getting tired of moving his packages in the repo, so I decided to
sponsor him :)
