[tur-users] I propose myself as a TU

Hello,

First please forgive my bad english, I'm french indeed, and I have some 
difficulties to write correctly, but I understand well.

I would propose myself as a TU, in order to make and/or update some x86_64 
package. I'm an arch64 user, and I see many community packages that are 
clearly out-of-date, with respect to the i686 community repository, and even 
unfunctionnal. I'm using archlinux (x86_64 from the beginning) for about one 
year, but I've a longer (3 - 4 years) linux experience. I've read the 
TU-related parts of archwiki.
