[tur-users] Focus on Pacman 3.0.2

Hello TU,

All packages compiled with makepkg from pacman-3.0.1-1 would be
recompiled with new makepkg ( 3.0.2-1 ), because makepkg-3.0.1-1 didn't
compile package with right CFLAGS set up in /etc/makepkg.conf [1].

I hope that it will be useful :D
