BTW, these are the known problems:

1. Progress bar can sometimes get "screwed up" on shutdown
2. Sometimes, the text displayed gets replaced even when the current
script has not yet finished executing. This is probably caused by
daemons that are executed in the background or daemons that aren't
listed in the DAEMONS array but are "dependencies" of other daemons.
e.g., hal on dbus
