[tur-users] File bug fix for community package?

Is it possible to file a bug fix for a package in community?  It didn't 
seem so on the flyspray site.

There's a problem with the ddclient package in community (which I have a 
patch for) which I'd like to get fixed.  I emailed the maintainer(s) 
about it but haven't heard anything back.  So I thought if I could file 
a bug on it with the details I could make sure it wouldn't get lost.

What's the proper way to notify people about a bug in community?
