[tur-users] Packages with license in the wrong place

If the appropriate license is not included in the official licenses
package, several things must be done:

   1. The license file(s) should be included in
/usr/share/licenses/$pkgname/ e.g. /usr/share/licenses/dibfoo/COPYING.

That's what i read.
In the PKGBUILD you have to write license="custom:whatever", but you
have to put the license in /usr/share/licenses/$pkgname/
