[arch] Wireless card support in Arch Linux?

Hi... I would like to set up a wireless network at my home.

Currently a cable modem is connected to my network interface and configured 
using DHCP. What I would like to do is to set up a wireless network that 
would connect my desktop PC, my wife's Windows laptop, and the modem, so that 
data can be shared between the computers, and so that both can connect to 
Internet.

What I lack is hardware for my desktop PC and knowledge. :P

I would like you all to help me out by pointing me to relevant info, and by 
helping me choose the hardware that would work on Arch Linux.
