[arch] Making the package-db public

Hi,

I just thought about, how I could build a package-browser for archlinux.de 
like that available at archlinux.org. I looked at the scripts that were used 
for this and I think it is not really easy to collect all package-meta-data 
from outside. 

As this information are available on the archlinux.org-server it would be 
really great if there could be some way to access this db. E.g. it would be 
easy to create a mysql-dump we could download and import into our own 
databases. 

This ould make live much easier if we have not to download the repository-dbs, 
checkout the wohle cvs and then combine all these information to get o 
propper package-db.
