[arch] ~/.ICEauthority changed owner to root

I tried to run KMail just now, anh nothing happened, so I tried in the 
console, and got this message:

 kdeinit: Aborting. No write access to '/home/robert/.ICEauthority'.
 ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Can't setup DCOP communication.

Well, .ICEauthority was suddenly owned by root. I changed the owner back to my 
user, and it seems to work again.

I'm just interested in knowing how the permisson for this file could have 
changed in the first place. I can't remember doing anfthing that could have 
caused it. Does anyone have an idea?
