[arch] Reason for package updates

Would it be possible to get some sort of mechanism that reports not only 
the packages updated (like the main page rss), but provides some short 
reason as to why it was updated?
Even something like: "Fixed a bug in pkgbuild" or "New versio out" or 
"added blank line to readme"

Sometimes packages are updated and I have no idea why. It makes me 
wonder if the dev released a new build, or if a server is compromised.

Especially when i get messages like this:
":: fortune-mod: local version (9708-1) is newer than repo version 
(1.99.1-1)"
