[arch] MediaWiki test site.

Just letting you mailing list'ers know that I setup a mediawiki sandbox. 
It might give people a chance to evaluate a MediaWiki setup for 
replacing the ailing phpwiki install on {wiki wiki2}.archlinux.org.

I have tweaked the install a bit, and monkeyed with a theme. Let me know 
if any of you discover something clearly broken, as it may mean I 
misconfigured something.
