This release will be called "Oops, I did it again!".  I found a bug in a
handful of rules (gnomemenu, permissions, perllocal, fileownership,
and symlink), so they weren't being run.  This has been fixed.  I also
added code to check for incorrect rules of this type for next time.

I've also included Ben's additions to md5sums and his new rules 'sfurl' and
'badbackups'.  Come on now, if Ben can write rules, we all can.
