[arch] Namcap version 1.5.2

Let's call this release the "I'd rather be hacking Namcap than studying"
release.

No major changes, mostly just tweaks:
- modified output for missed deps:

galeon     E: Dependency detected and not included (xfree86) from files
['opt/gnome/lib/galeon/components/libgaleon-xpcom.so',
'opt/gnome/bin/galeon']

instead of

galeon     E: Dependency detected and not included (xfree86)

- better file resolving related to dependencies
- added a rule to detect empty directories
- a few modifications to the pacman module:
  - it now reads in csize, files, and backup
  - added an optional arg to pacman.load to read from any db directory
    easily
