util-linux-ng is now in the core repo


We have replaced util-linux, which is currently unmaintained, with util-linux-ng, a fork of the original project. After a brief period in the testing repo, this has now been moved to core, and pacman will ask you to confirm the package replacement. It is perfectly safe to do so.
